Volunteer

The success of Lemonade Day relies on people just like you to share their time and talents!

We especially welcome volunteers who desire to see young people actively and positively engaged in their communities.
We will need your help to:

  • Mentor a child who wants to participate in Lemonade Day but who does not have a caring adult to assist him/her in the process.  Please check out the Mentor an Entrepreneur page for a full list of our partner programs who need caring adults to mentor youth.
  • Distribute materials
  • Spread the news about Lemonade Day by distributing materials to local schools, clubs or youth organizations
  • Do you blog? Tweet? Are you on Facebook? Help us spread the word about Lemonade Day online!
     
Volunteer to register youth for Lemonade Day at one of the following venues:

Volunteers are needed to help sign up kids at key upcoming events.

Volunteers will be informing kids and their parents about Lemonade Day and getting them signed up to participate.

Mentoring Programs

 

Volunteers are needed to work with children to prepare for Lemonade Day.

A workbook will be provided to help you go through the necessary steps to prepare the children.

You will also be helping the kids make posters and signs for their stands.

Best Tasting Lemonade Contest

Mall of America

Volunteer to help kids set up their lemonade stands, assist celebrity judges, register youth, and more.  Opportunities are available from 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Contact Katie for more details.
